Last night our youth had a Christmas dinner (The Fancy Feast) for some of the people in our ward. We do the dinner every year for the older couples in our ward, the inactive couples, and couples that have just moved in recently. This year the dinner was special for me because at our dinner we had the debut of my dads band. They were really great- Mo's dad did an awesome job singing and my dad is such a good drummer. The songs were really fun- a lot of the older people at the dinner were clapping along and tapping their feet. I am so glad that they were willing to come play for us because they made the dinner a big success. I was really proud to be able to say that my dad was the drummer. What a cool dad =).

Oh I didn't realize that was last night! I wish we could have come to hear them. I bet it was awesome!
I love that they are in a band together...that does make for a cool dad!
